Through his work, John has made significant contributions to advancing sustainable construction practices, as well as the development of innovative prefabrication and modern modular building products.

ELLI TERWIEL, P.Eng, P.E., OLY, MMIE
Elli is the founder of Sage Structural Engineering with 10 years of structural engineering experience in Canada and the U.S., including developing the Verdant S-SIP panel and contributing to Essential Cob Construction. Licensed in both countries, she works with a wide range of materials from concrete and steel to timber, rammed earth, cob, and strawbale.

VICKY BUNBURY
Vicky is the owner and principal designer of Vicky Bunbury Design, a full-service residential interior design firm serving Metro Vancouver and the Sea to Sky corridor. Her work blends timeless aesthetics with functional, comfortable spaces that reflect her clients’ lifestyles, guiding projects from concept through completion with a focus on quality and personal expression.

KURT LANGDON
Kurt is a veteran construction professional with over 30 years of experience and three Journeyperson Trade Certificates, including two Red Seal endorsements. A consistently re-certified Professional Welding Inspector, he has supported major hydroelectric, oil & gas, chemical, and commercial projects with practical solutions and technical leadership across complex, high-risk environments.
