SITE STREAM
Variable, Weather‑Sensitive, Readiness‑Driven

The site stream translates upstream planning into physical readiness, ensuring the environment is fully prepared to receive and install modules without delay. Unlike the factory, this phase is inherently variable—shaped by site conditions, weather, and real-time coordination—requiring adaptability alongside disciplined planning.
Work begins with civil scope and foundational infrastructure, including utilities, low-carbon footings, and underground mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. In parallel, crane pads and access routes are established to support delivery and installation. A sequencing plan is developed and refined to align site readiness with incoming modules.
Site acceptance marks a critical milestone, confirming that all conditions are in place for first delivery. From there, crane setup and installation operations must align precisely with delivery timing. This stream is defined by coordination, safety readiness, and sequencing discipline, ensuring the site can absorb modules as they arrive without interruption.
