FACTORY STREAM
Long, Predictable, Flow‑Driven

The factory stream is the most controlled and predictable phase of the modular delivery model, where production is driven by sequence, precision, and repeatability. It begins with a defined design freeze and bill of materials lock, ensuring alignment before procurement and fabrication begin. From there, production follows a takt-based rhythm, with workstation sequencing and line balancing used to maintain consistent output and minimize disruption.
Quality is embedded throughout the process through structured QA/QC hold points, ensuring each module meets performance and compliance standards before progressing. As modules reach completion, they move into a managed finished goods buffer, creating flexibility between production output and downstream timing. Final transport preparation—including packaging, protection, and lifting strategy—ensures each module leaves the factory fully ready for movement.
This stream prioritizes efficiency, consistency, and throughput, forming the foundation of the overall delivery system.
